How ShareLogic apps keep your data on your instance

Unifi and Easy API run inside your ServiceNow instance. There’s no middleware and no external processing, so your data stays where your controls already apply.

The short version

Nothing in between, by design.

Most integration tools sit between two systems and process data on the way through. Ours don’t. They’re native ServiceNow apps, so data goes from your instance straight to the other side’s API.

Runs on your instance

Both apps install from the ServiceNow Store into your own instance.

No middleware

No ShareLogic servers sit between your instance and the other side.

Your controls apply

Your roles, access controls and audit cover the apps too.

Nothing kept by us

We don’t store, copy or process your integration data.

Every integration stands alone. Each connects with its own authenticated user and its own access, so a change for one customer or supplier never touches another. It’s what lets an MSP run many side by side.

Questions security teams ask

What your security review will want to know.

These are the answers security teams ask us for most.

What leaves the instance

Only the data you configure each integration to send, to the endpoint you choose.

Nothing is sent to ShareLogic. Unifi checks GitHub for new versions; the check carries none of your data, and you can switch it off.

What we can access

ShareLogic has no access to your instance.

We don’t need access to support you.

Where data is stored

Integration records and logs stay in your instance’s own tables.

Retention follows the settings configured in your instance.
