ServiceNow and Freshservice often meet when a managed service provider runs ServiceNow and a customer runs Freshservice. Both sides want to keep their own tool and their own process, so the integration has to bridge the two.
No prebuilt spoke
When we checked in October 2026, ServiceNow’s list of Integration Hub spokes didn’t include one for Freshservice. A direct connection therefore means building it yourself.
Your own REST integration
Freshservice and ServiceNow both have REST APIs, so you can connect them with outbound REST messages and scripted REST APIs on the ServiceNow side. You own the field mapping, the order of updates, retries and error handling, and you rebuild much of it for every new customer.
eBonding
When an incident in your ServiceNow and a ticket in the customer’s Freshservice are the same piece of work, every update has to reach the other side, in order, and be confirmed. That’s eBonding. Unifi connects your ServiceNow instance to Freshservice through its API, with nothing installed on the customer’s side, and each new customer’s integration can start as a copy of one you’ve already built.
